  1. No cost appointment with an expert to see your project and offer suggestions
  2. Written estimate showing the cost, and for larger projects a design
  3. Discuss any questions about the design or services
  4. The contract is signed and returned to our office
  5. You are notified of the start date for your project
  6. 50% deposit is required at the start of the work date
  7. Remaining balance is due at the completion of the project
